GOALS
MISSION STATEMENT:
The Colombo-American Education Foundation was founded to provide funds for the
education of disadvantaged and poor children of Colombia; to help the children
excel and improve their communities; to provide an enhanced quality of life by
educating children to fight corruption and drugs; and to channel new and
improved educational materials, equipment and visual aids to selected schools.
VISION STATEMENT:
Serve the poorest of the population.
Encourage the elevation of human values.
Place a value on education as a tool for the advancement of a productive
society.
Develop skills for legitimate employment, thus providing an economic base for
the children's families and community.

THE NEED:
Just $380 (US) for elementary/high school and $760 for college/trade school per year to educate a poor Colombian child with a scholarship through the Colombo-American Education Foundation. Scholarships include the enrollment fee, tuition, uniforms, shoes, books, and educational materials. Sponsorships are needed for after school education classes such as reading, homework, arithmetic, arts, English, computer, trade courses. Join the CAEF as we embark upon year fifteen of our mission to raise funds for more Colombian children to see the light.
